J. Scott Hinkle, Ph.D. is the Coordinator of Clinical Training at NBCC-International. Dr. Hinkle is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). He has authored numerous articles on mental health as well as two books:  Family Counseling in the Schools (1995) and Promoting Optimum Mental Health through Counseling (1999).

Dr. Hinkle has been a practitioner for 27 years in the areas of community and school mental health. He also specializes in couples and family therapy as well as team building and outdoor leadership. As a professor, Dr. Hinkle has taught graduate courses in family counseling, psychological testing, counseling research, and psychodiagnosis. He also has taught in Europe and offered numerous courses online using computers in distance education.

Dr. Hinkle has served as a Team Chair for the Council on Accreditation for Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and provided consultation to universities on accreditation matters. He currently consults with universities on issues concerning distance education and clinical training.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, Dr. Hinkle spent many of his younger years living in Bankok, Thailand. He regularly travels internationally for NBCC-I as a lecturer, teacher, and workshop presenter. He currently is directing projects with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Department of Mental Health and Substance Dependence.

Dan Mocanu, brings to the coaching practice an extensive management consulting, corporate and academic experience.

During his tenure as the Country Manager for Romania for Vanto Group, Inc. -a distinguished global consulting firm- Dan has worked with entrepreneurs and the leadership of tens of local and multinational companies in Romania and the CEU. The engagements included entrepreneurship development, change management, organizational cultural shift, rebranding, executive coaching and team development, team building, communication and group alignment.

During the 17 years in the United States, Dan held key roles with Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, State of Washington and, as a college educator; he designed and taught physics and mathematics curricula at colleges in Seattle, State of Washington.

Dan has over 500 hours of accredited training in the US with the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) in leadership, communication and personal effectiveness.  Dan was trained as a management consultant and coach with Werner Erhard and Steve Zaffron.  Dan also participated in master classes with Stephen Covey, Daniel Goleman and Chris Duffy.

Irina Frustok, the presenter of “Personnel dismissal in case of activity restructuring. Special Legal Aspects”, is member of the Bucharest Bar Association and attorney-at-law practicing since 2003.   Radu Enache  

Radu Enache was appointed HP Country Manager for Romania and Head of the Enterprise System Group in May 2002.

Radu began his career with HP in 1992 as commercial channel manager for S&T Romania, the sole authorized HP distributor in Romania at that time. He also continued his activity as associate professor with the Electrical Engineering Chair for the Electrical Engineering Faculty within the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, a career that began in 1971.
Prior to joining HP, Radu published four books and about 50 articles and specialty publications.

In November 1997 Radu opened the first direct representative office of HP in Romania, and in May 2000 HP became a limited liability company. The main objective of the company was to extend the IT infrastructure in Romania.

Ms. Otel graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a degree in Planning and Economic Cybernetics in 1986. She completed her post–graduate studies in Management and Public Administration with the National School of Political and Administrative Studies of Bucharest in 1992. In 1993, obtaining a Chevening scholarship, she earned a Master’s degree in Management and Public Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. Ms. Otel also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration Program with the Romanian – American Postgraduate School of Business in cooperation with the University of Washington, USA in 1999.

Virginia Otel has been the Human Resources Director of GarantiBank International, Romanian Branch since November 2006. She was the HR Director and, respectively, Director for Development with UniCredit Romania between 2001 and 2006. Ms. Otel held the position of General Manager of Demir Securities Romania, a full – service securities trading and corporate finance company, serving as well as a Board Member of the company during 1998 and 2001. She worked as Business Development Manager for the Romanian – American Enterprise Fund, a $50 million fund established by U.S. government to make equity investments in Romania between 1995 and 1998. In the fall of 1994, Ms. Otel was a Visiting Faculty Member with Hamline University of St. Paul, MN, USA. Prior to 1990, she also worked as Programmer Analyst.

Virginia Otel participated in many national and international conferences and seminars as speaker and panelist. She is an alumna of the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies. Virginia Otel has dedicated her energy, efforts, and time to community development by becoming a member of the Foundation for Community Development of Romania in 1994. She has also contributed greatly to the establishment of the Leading Business Women’s Association of Romania in 1999.   Wargha Enayati  

Wargha Enayati, specialist in cardiology, is the founder of the Unirea Medical Center. Having German origins, he started his studies at the Faculty of Medical Studies from Regensburg, Germany and graduated the Faculty of Medical Studies from Cluj.

He was born in 1964 in Germany in an Iranian origins family. He came to Romania in 1983, during the communist era, because of his enthusiasm for the activity of Queen Mary of Romania. During a year, he studied Romanian language in Suceava and then he continued his medical studies in Cluj. In 1990, after the Romanian revolution, Dr. Enayati was one of the few German people who graduated medical school here and who decided to stay. He came to Bucharest to Fundeni hospital, where he specialized in cardiology.

In 1995, he founded the Unirea Medical Center that today is a top provider of medical services in Romania and a leader of medical subscriptions for the corporate area. In 2007, he supported the investment fond 3i, a giant in field, to become a shareholder of the Unirea Medical Center.

He is also doctor of the German Embassy and of Lufthansa offices in Bucharest. He is married and has three children.

  Valentin Pauna  

Valentin graduated Computer Science from the Polytechnic University Bucharest in 1993; He earned his M.A. in Politics and Contemporary History from London Guildhall University in 1995. During his studies in the UK, Valentin was also a member of the Royal United Services Institute for Defense Studies, Whitehall London. Following his return to his native Romania, he started a career in the public sector. He then moved to the private sector.

He has built his career working 10 years for the Anglo - Dutch Unilever both in Romania, the Netherlands and Belgium. Two years ago, Valentin become country head of HR for Eurobank EFG Romania. The group consists of 11 financial services institutions of which Bancpost employs 90% out of the total 4200 plus people.

He believes banking is all about two differentiators: people and IT. He has joined a fast expanding financial sector and soon ended up in a global crisis situation. Never a dull moment, always extra responsibilities and fun.

Dorin Grigorescu began his human resources career at Kraft Foods in 1995 as Human Resources Director for the Romanian Division.

In March 2003, he moved in the Asia-Pacific region, where he took the position of Human Resources Director for production, being responsible for the entire region. During his office, he designed, implemented and managed a human resources organization that was dedicated to production activities.

From June 2006 to March 2007, he worked as Human Resources director for Kraft Foods Egypt having the mission to build a new human resources organization in this business unit.

From May 2007, he returned in the position of Human Resources Director Kraft Foods Romania.

He also worked for the Private Property Fund II Moldavia and Bacau (at the moment, SIF-The Financial Investments Society) from November 1992 to February 1995 and as economist for the District Union of Consumption and Credit Co-operatives Bacau (UJCC-Bacau) from September 1983 to October 1992.

Dr. Bogdanka Militescu, medical manager of the Unirea Medical Center, is internal medicine doctor and cardiologist and founder of the Heartmony Clinic focused mainly with the stress management.

She graduated the Medical University and successfully achieved all the professional medical degrees.

She gave up to her work in the public medical sector and joined the process of structuring the private medical services by taking part in the launching of the Clinic Medicover. Working with the Medicover team as medical manager, from 1998 until 2005, she brought her contribution to founding, structuring and organizing the private medical sector.

She participated in many trainings and personal and professional development programs in Romania and in USA. In 2002, she graduated EMBA Assebus.

Because of having a direct contact with more than 100 000 clients during 20 years of medical practice, she realizes that many of the medical problems have been caused by stress, especially during the past 10 years.

She is member of the American College of Physician Executive and of the HearthMath Institute, which has developed the cardiac coherence concept.

Sorina Donisa is the CFO of APT Resources & Services since 2006. She joined APT in 1998 as economic manager. Even though she started by coordinating the financial department, during years she managed to develop a strong Human Resources business in APT. She is responsible for supervising and delivering payroll, personnel leasing and BPO services to APT's clients such as RBS Bank Romania (former ABN AMRO Bank), GEBOC (HP entity), KBCCF, Domenia Credit, Garanti Bank, Siemens Enterprise Communications, LG Electronics, etc. Quality and performance standards in department's activity are her main concerns.

Previously she has worked for Ranco Impex SA, one of the RTC Group Companies as Chief Accountant.

In 1994, she graduated the Vest University Timisoara, the Finance and Accounting Department and she started to work with Facsimil SRL Timisoara. After university graduation, she became authorized broker after she studied with the Securities Romanian Institute. She continued her education by enrolling and graduating the Financial Auditors Chamber courses, which allowed her in 2007 to become authorized Financial Auditor and also member of the above mentioned Chamber.
